What we need from you

Our carers must have references and provide an enhanced DBS check. You’ll need evidence of prior training, experience and knowledge and must pass induction training with our nurse.

We only hire people who share our ethos of compassion and giving high-quality care, and you’ll be required to attend regular team meetings and ongoing training.

We treat all our staff with respect and pay high rates, including mileage and a probationary bonus. We will support your professional development and value your outlook, experience, and problem-solving skills.

You will be employed on fixed or contracted hours, and trusted as our greatest asset. We often nominate staff for local and national rewards in recognition of their outstanding commitment.

Working with us

Our carers are trained to bridge the gap between traditional care and nursing, which means ongoing training and supervision. You will have the opportunity for development in specialist care teams and to be involved in putting together care plans.

Carers wear a discreet uniform, have designated rotas with consistent working days. We also offer excellent working conditions, private health and dental plans, and reward long service.
