Comprehensive Home care in Christchurch

Our services are designed to alleviate the day-to-day pressure and challenges of caring for someone with complex needs or age-related frailty, so you’re free to focus on spending time together as a family and doing the things that make you happy.

Wrap-around services

We work with healthcare professionals to ensure clients get comprehensive care that meets their unique requirements.

We can accompany you or your loved one to health appointments and ensure relatives and healthcare providers are kept up-to-date with the latest information.

Health monitoring

We’re uniquely placed to monitor the health and wellbeing of our clients and quickly identify any changes in their condition or behaviour, or potential health issues.

Our nurse-led care teams can bridge the gap between care and nursing to avoid unnecessary hospital admission and promote early hospital discharge when admission to hospital is needed.

Flexible, experienced carers

Care is tailored to the unique requirements of each and every person to make physical, sensory, and mental health challenges more manageable at home.

We only employ qualified, experienced and compassionate carers to deliver a higher level of care.

Private, accessible transport

We have a wheelchair accessible vehicle for social trips or to appointments. Our car is driven by a qualified carer to ensure you or your loved one stays safe and comfortable throughout your trip.

Our vehicle is also available for hire by the hour.

Our Process

Get in touch

Get in touch to chat to one of the team about you or your loved one’s needs. We’ll then set up an initial assessment with a care manager who will come to your home to discuss things further.

Personalised care plan

If you’re happy to proceed, our registered nurse will visit to create a comprehensive and personalised care plan, taking into account you or your loved one’s care needs, wishes and requirements.

Agree on a start date

We’ll agree on a start date and the frequency and length of each visit. Our carers will visit for a minimum of one hour, and we can provide 2 carers if necessary. We can also provide long or short term live-in care.

Safeguarding

We take safeguarding very seriously and follow guidelines from the Care Quality Commission and UK Homecare Association, engaging an independent consultant to lead on safeguarding matters when needed.

We work to keep both our clients and staff safe to prevent all forms of abuse or neglect.

We strongly believe clients have the right to be safe and to make informed choices but will take action if we believe their wellbeing is at risk.
