Home Care Services across Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole

Our home care services are designed to alleviate the day-to-day pressure and challenges of caring for someone with complex needs or age-related frailty, so you’re free to focus on spending time together as a family and doing the things that make you happy.

Our Home Care Services: What We Provide

What sets us apart is additional training and specialist knowledge. As well as help with washing, dressing, and meal prep, we can even help with medication, wound dressings, colostomies and ileostomies.

Sometimes it’s more cost-effective and reassuring for a carer to also live at home full time. We provide companionship and emotional support too, and can even help look after those much-loved pets.

We’re uniquely positioned to support clients with complex care needs, including medical conditions, disability or complications from injury so that those with complex needs can remain safely in the comfort of their own home for longer.

You may need a break to rest, recuperate, or attend to other commitments, knowing your loved one is in safe, caring hands.

We understand the unique challenges that come with living with dementia. Our services are designed to provide comfort, safety, and dignity for your loved ones.

End-of-life care

At some point you may need more bespoke care involving a larger community of healthcare professionals. We can offer extra, tailored, practical support so that you can enjoy spending more time together as a family.

Health monitoring

We’re uniquely placed to monitor the health and wellbeing of our clients and quickly identify any changes in their condition or behaviour, or potential health issues.

Our nurse-led care teams can bridge the gap between care and nursing to avoid unnecessary hospital admission and promote early hospital discharge when admission to hospital is needed.

Wrap-around services

We work with healthcare professionals to ensure clients get comprehensive care that meets their unique requirements.

We can accompany you or your loved one to health appointments and ensure relatives and healthcare providers are kept up-to-date with the latest information.

Flexible, experienced carers

Care is tailored to the unique requirements of each and every person to make physical, sensory, and mental health challenges more manageable at home.

We only employ qualified, experienced and compassionate carers to deliver a higher level of care.

Safeguarding

We take safeguarding very seriously and follow guidelines from the Care Quality Commission and UK Homecare Association, engaging an independent consultant to lead on safeguarding matters when needed.

We work to keep both our clients and staff safe to prevent all forms of abuse or neglect.

We strongly believe clients have the right to be safe and to make informed choices but will take action if we believe their wellbeing is at risk.
