Your career with Liberty Private Care
To support our mission of providing the highest standard of care possible, we’re committed to making sure our staff have the necessary training and supervision to succeed. We do this by ensuring you have the opportunities to gain the knowledge, skills and qualifications to truly bridge the gap between traditional care and nursing. In addition to comprehensive induction training, we also offer training in clinical procedures such as wound dressing and insulin injections. Most of our training is led by our registered nurse in our modern training facilities.
Benefits of working with us
We’re proud to say that we’re a close-knit team that supports each other and has fun along the way. We value our staff and show them our appreciation by offering the most competitive rates in the region, plus pension and recruitment bonuses. A great benefit of working with us is that we pay visiting carers for waiting time and mileage – something that many organisations don’t do. This stands as a testament to the fact that we respect and value your time. Furthermore, we also offer private health and dental plans and reward loyalty and long service to recognise our staff’s outstanding commitment. When you work with us, you will be employed on fixed or contracted hours. Last but not least, you can count on a supportive management team that encourages two-way feedback and supports your professional development in whatever direction you want to go.
Growing your care toolbox
It’s never been easier to gain more knowledge and grow your skills in care. Here at Liberty Private Care, we offer opportunities for structured career advancement so that you can grow your care toolbox and enhance your skills. To illustrate, you may be interested in specialising in dementia care, complex care or end of life care. These more complex care conditions require additional skills, knowledge and training. For example, to deliver end of life care you’ll need to achieve Six Steps to Success accreditation which we will fund and support.
